Like the case of tire casings, we have about 5 cooperative yards throughout Japan and thus, we can supply various size, PASSENGER SIZES(12-18"), LIGHT TRUCK SIZES(16-19.5"), TRUCK SIZES(20-22.5") , and all the used tires have properly been stocked at each yard.

Inspection for grading(remaining tread depth) is conducted for 3 times just like the case of tire casings. For the initial inspection at the time of collection; then, second inspection is conducted at the time of stocking at each tire yard. Then, the final inspection is made at the time of loading the used tires into a container for an order of our customer.

Therefore, quality control has properly been enforced and thus, the quality is stable and trusted by our customers as we are fully aware of the importance of assuring customers of stable supply and quality.

Q and A - typical 3 Questions and Answers

Q1:Can we supply for a 40FT FCL with used tires only?

Ans: YES, we can. However, it would be desirable for us if you could let us load various size used tires. For example, you allow us to freely load PASSENGER and LIGHT TRUCK sizes up to a full container load. We can also load truck size used tires along with passenger sizes and light truck sizes if you require so. Unfortunately, due to scarcity of truck sizes (20 and 22.5 inches), we are unable to fully load a container solely with truck sizes, and thus, we would like you to consider for taking passenger sizes and light truck sizes along with truck size used tires.

Q2:Can we double used tires when loading?

ANS: YES, we can nest PASSENGER size used tires into larger passenger sizes as well as LIGHT TRUCK sizes. Please however be noted that an additional chage will incur when doubling is required.

Q3:Can we supply brand new tires?

ANS: YES, we can supply DUNLOP brand new tires.

Grading and payment

Grading by percentage of remaining tread depth.	As afore-mentioned, grading is defined by remaining tread depth. For example, 30% remaining depth, 50% remaining depth, 70% remaining depth, 90% remaining depth. The used tires we supply do not contain nail holes and virgin type tires will be supplied of course.
payment	We would like to offer first time customers for 50% in advance and the balance to be paid upon the customer's receipt of copy of B/L. We will be flexible with the means of payment as we go along with future orders accordingly.
